Ivonne Welch Insurance Agency is seeking a, bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team and help provide quality service over the phone to our mostly Spanish-speaking, Medicare-age clients and their families. Our ideal candidates are highly motivated, detail-oriented, customer service professionals who are looking for a stable company they can grow with. This position is full-time with benefits available upon reaching designated employment milestones. Compensation based on experience. We are only interested in people who have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
To excel in your role as a Customer Service Representative with Ivonne Welch, you will need to be able to answer a high volume of inbound calls, while completing follow up and other outbound calls as assigned. You will need to be an organized multi-tasker who is able to stay focused and see tasks all the way to completion. You listen to instructions and take direction well with an ability to follow established protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum of two years telephonic or call center experience in customer service-related position
· Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal
· The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task
· Basic computer skills
· A pleasant phone presence with the ability to build rapport with clients
· A positive and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in Medicare or insurance
· A basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software or previous experience with Zoho CRM.
Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
