Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
We are seeking motivated and professional Customer Service Representatives who have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow within a stable and growing company. This is a full-time position with benefits available upon reaching designated employment milestones.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and enjoys building relationships while providing outstanding service over the phone.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a telephonic or call center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) — required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and establish rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Pleasant and professional phone presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Medicare or the insurance industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
